  1. Skip error function optimization when starting tasks.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed the problem that the task running model was inconsistent with the configuration model.
  2. Fixed the issue of inaccurate task event statistics after filtering data at the source end.
  3. Fixed the issue of time zone handling exceptions when synchronizing Oracle and PostgreSQL
  4. Fixed the problem that the connection list loading speed was too slow.
  5. Fixed the problem that the normal task could not be started when the heartbeat task reset failed.
